Scotch-Brite Quick Clean Griddle Liquid 701 is designed for commercial flat-top griddles operating at 300–350°F. The orange, ready-to-use liquid works on contact to loosen baked-on food and carbonized cooking grease, helping reduce griddle cool-down time during routine cleaning.
3M states that the formulation contains no caustic soda, has no strong chemical odor or irritating fumes, and is safe for use on food-contact surfaces when used according to the manufacturer’s directions. It is not a disinfectant.
